The deceased person's middle name is Eleonore: Johannetta Eleonore Wallbruch.

Could you take another look at the initials written for her spouse? Both of the Child baptism records indicate the father/husband is Heinrich Wilhelm Wallbruch. Are the initials H. W.?
Still can not find a marriage record for Johannetta.

I don't see the first initial as an "H". Compare with Heinrich in record #7 and with the G in Greifenstein. It may be a mistake by the scribe though.
