Translation of Document
I found this document on ancestry.com for my ancestor, Katharina Appel, who married Johannes Selzer. I have absolutely no idea what is on this document. The indexed version on ancestry says: Name - Katharine Selzer (Appel); Spouse - Johannes Selzer; Children - Johannes Selzer; Vital - Pfeddersheim. Could I please have a translation? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Translation:
Today, Sunday, August 16, 1868, I, Georg Höll, mayor and civil registrar of the municipality of Pfeddersheim, Peace Court District of Pfeddersheim, went to the main door of the municipal building here at eleven o'clock in the morning and proclaimed and announced for the first time that
I. Johannes Selzer, 23 years old, manual laborer living in Pfeddersheim, adult son of
- Johannes Selzer during his lifetime day laborer residing in Pfeddersheim and
- Katharina Selzer née Appel, 55 years old, without trade, living in Pfeddersheim and
II. Margarethe Belzer 23 years old, without trade, living in Alsheim, adult daughter of
- Johannes Belzer during his liftime day laborer residing in Alsheim and
- Katharina Belzer née Egelhof, 51 years old, without trade, now wife of Jacob Allebrand, 56 years old, railroad employee, both living in Alsheim,
are willing to enter into a marriage alliance with each other.
After this marriage announcement had been recited in a loud audible voice, an extract was pinned to the main door of the municipal building and this present act was recorded.
