Finding Living People in Germany

In the US I use FastPeopleSearch and TruePeopleSearch, which both provide free information on how to contact them. These two I particularly like as it also gives Month and Year of birth and relatives. However, these are US centric. Is there anything comparable for Germany?

The basic answer is: No, there is no comparable website in Germany, mainly because of the much stricter privacy laws.
You can use https://www.dastelefonbuch.de/ which is an online telephone directory, but it does not contain all people, not even all telephone connections.
