Transcription and/or Translation for Marriage of Neu and Schneider in 1801 [2 of 3]
This civil record (in French) documents the marriage on 8 Jan 1801 (?) of Jean Jacques(?) Neu and Marie Catharine Schneider in Offenbach, Germany. Please help me extract details about: (1) the groom's age, parents, occupation, residence, etc.; (2) the bride's data; (3) each of the witnesses' data; and (4) any other interesting details hidden in this record.
I am trying to sort out several branches of the Schneider family. Are any of the witnesses related to bride or groom? Perhaps transcription of the handwriting (difficult but necessary) or translations (which I can do) will help.

@matthieucrouet -- Exccellent translation. Thank you very much!
P.S. I found an abandoned village named "Ilgesheim" listed in Meyers Gazette, German Wikipedia, and Mapcarta: https://mapcarta.com/18138846.
