Sponsor is Anna Elisabetha, the legitimate wife of John Philip ___?, ? and blacksmith in the same filial parish, .....?

Thanks so much! I'm surprised that Sophia was still having children at that age, hence I figured it had to be a marriage. Very much appreciate your help on this.
