Item #50 - Wilhelm Friedrich Korn Baptism
1) I am having difficulty deciphering the occupation of the first witness to this baptism. The word appears on many other records throughout this church book. I've tried "k" and "h" as a beginning letter followed by an "a" or "o" and then "ss" or "ff" with no luck. I am stumped.
2) I would also appreciate a translation of the 3rd witness to the baptism. My attempt - Wilhelmine Bieter _________ Frau ______________ (same word as #1) Otto von Ost Deep.
Thank you!

The word is Kossath, a type of farmer. The second witness is listed as Büdner, which is also a type of farmer. I'm not sure what the two words after Bieter are though.
