Is this a title and is my transcription/translation of 1731 Alsace birth record ok?

I think I have transcribed this birth record correctly except for a couple of terms that appear to be titles 'hl.' that should be something like 'honourable', the term after 'wurde' and whether the 'amtschreiber's are right: would greatly appreciate your review and suggestions! This is the birth record for my direct ancestor in Alsace in 1731. Thanks! Tom

You are correct that the sign before the names looking like a capital "H" is a sort of honorary title, not quite sure how to interpret/translate.

"Amtschreyberei" is a ("writing") office; probably some sort of registry office.

"Amtschaffner" is a clerk for economic affairs

Thanks once again @Ulrich Neitzel ! I couldn't find Amtschaffner in Thode's or elsewhere, but do see that many had that post when I google it. I don't know why 'ist' always catches me out.

I have been quiet here, but busy doing over 400 transcriptions/translations of my Alsatian ancestors on my own after the initial guidance you and others had given me here -- though most records were in French, which are easy. But now I am venturing back into the 1700s and the older records in German, so will be needing your always generous help!
