I am reading this as :
1757 Jan 8 in Greifenstein Died Joh. Conr(ad) Daniels frau Maria Christina age 33 1/2 years old? Is there anything I am not seeing that can clear up my confusion on same name

You're translation is correct, Trish. You did not miss anything in this record.
Note: There's also the possibility that there are two men named Johann Conrad Daniel who live in this same village.

Yes I am trying to determine that . There is a johan Conrad Daniel and a Conrad Daniel Junior that seems to have a Johann in front of it -having a hard time figuring this out as I don't feel there is consistency in the records to identify who is who. I am going to start searching death records on them and see what I can find. Its just that death records dont usually provide much information.
