You only provided a portion of the entire page so I can only guess at what the column headings are:

Record number: 28.

Deceased: Miss Emilie Friederike Hanna Jancke, daughter of the late "Lehnschulze" Jancke at royal Soltnitz.

Age: 18 years, 8 months, 14 days.

Date and time of death: 19 Aug, 6:00 am. [year is possibly written at the top of the page].

Cause of death: nervous fever (typhus).

Date of burial: 21 August.

Whom does the deceased leave behind: the stepfather and siblings.

My comments:

Regarding the occupation "Lehnschulze": I have one source which defines it as: tax collector on a fief. I have a second source which defines is as: village mayor of a fief.
