Latin translation and date of baptism request
On this previous request the date of baptism was not provided: Is it March 3 (year 1679)?
Also is there someone who could read the latin under the parent names?

Yes, the date is March 3 (the year is not visible in this clip).
I read the Latin text as: ante q__? septimanus matrimonium? contraxerunt which could mean something like "who married ___? weeks before", i.e., again a remark that this child was born "too early".
