Translation help for baptism record on Archion

Baptism of Heinriette Christiana Philippine Geissler, born 12 May 1787 in Rödersdorf. The baptismal witnesses for this child are Hochgebohren Grafs which are far above my relative's station. There is a note at the end of the entry about the child's mother, which I have not figured out how she is associated with them. Thank you for your help to translate this entry.
