Translation Request for Friedrich Babbel

I know this is a terrible copy, but could you please tell me the information that you can see for Friedrich Babbel? The transcribed information says that he died in Obehlischken, Insterburg, Ostpreussen, and his father's name is G Babbel. Looking for his birth, I found a baptism record for a Friedrich Babel (missing a b in the last name) who's birthdate was 12 May 1817, (we only had the year). The father's name is Georg Adam Babel. Mother is Christina Catharina Babel. His baptism was 15 May 1817 in Backnang. My r tells me that Backnang is too far away for this to be the same Friedrich Babbel. What do you think?
