This does not appear to be a marriage record, but rather some sort of "too early birth" record. No name of the child is given. I've never seen anything like this before.
Transcription:

Translation:
On May 10th, 1679, ____ the wife of the court cook Johan Jörg Giese with the name Johannata Elisabeth who gave birth to a child less than 5 weeks and 3 days since the marriage
I am not sure about the two words after the year. Probably it is "stünde vor" or "stunde vor" from vorstehen = "stand before" which means in this case that Johannata Elisabeth stood before the pastor or the congregation and confessed her sin. Thus it looks that the record concerns the sinfulness of a premarital pregnancy. Note that the following record is similar in that it concerns an (unmarried) woman who became pregnant for the second time.

Perhaps the clue is in the header for the page, which reads, more or less, "List of those who had to stand before an open meeting of the church here because they were accused of whoring and other mortal sins."

I don't know what the Latin is under Johanna Elisabeth. Perhaps someone else can help with that. But the child's name is Johann Adolph, and it says he was baptized at home. This could either mean they didn't want to baptize him in the church because of his premarital status, or that he may have been too sickly to take to the church for baptism. The sponsors are listed as "Adolph der Schreiner V. and Elisabeth des Kochs Mutter." A Schreiner is a cabinet maker, not sure what the V. stands for. Elisabeth is the mother of Johann Jörg. the cook.

Here is that record of birth: are the witnesses her parents or one being her mother?
