Translation:
April 15th, 1702, was buried Elisabeth, surviving widow of the cook and later "Stalljohannes" Adam Gieß, ___? 65 years minus 4 months.
Comment: "Stalljohannes", literally "stable John" seems to be an occupation, maybe stableman or groom.

It means that when she died she was actually 64 years and 8 months old.
Her calculated birth date based on her age at death in April 1702 would be: August 1637.

Does the reference to age mean she was 4 months short of being 65? Her birth would then be December 1636?
