What information do you currently have about them? Do you know their birth dates, approximate or exact? What about their marriage date? Do you have birth records (including dates and exact locations) of any of their children?

Schoenheide Saxon Erzgebirgskreis. I am assuming this only because I was told they were German as opposed to Polish.

Hi Nicole,
Since some of your family emigrated to the Netherlands, I was able to find some information in the Dutch records. If you go to the Dutch website www.wiewaswie.nl and search for the surname Tugemann, you will find some death records and a marriage record. For each you can look at the extracted information and at the actual record online. The marriage record was the most helpful, because the couple to be married had to submit some paperwork to the civil registrar that was kept and filed and is available online at www.familysearch.org .
Margarethe Elsa Tugemann married Jan Mazereeuw in Enkhuizen, Noord Holland, on 27 May 1926. Her submitted paperwork included proof of citizenship in Saxony, a paper from Schoenheide stating her birth information and that she was single, her father's written permission, a copy of her birth record, and a copy of her mother's death record. These papers are found in the "huwelijksbejlagen for Enkhuizen for the year 1926 on www.familysearch.org DGS number 004746148 image numbers 1380 to 1387. Here is the link to the last document, her mother's death record https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:939L-459X-QT?i=1386&cc=2020117&cat=287984
Another sister also married in the Netherlands, but too late for the marriage record to be public yet.

Her sister Hilde Hertha Tugemann was married to Johannes Zwaan, age 28 in 1940. They lived in Opperdoes, where their four-day old daughter, Trijntje died on 9 May 1940.
I noticed that on your family tree on Ancestry you have Alfred Tugemann's father listed as Franz T. from Reichenberg. I also saw a widow Tugemann from Reichenberg in Czechia going to the US in 1930. The Evangelical records from the REichenberg in Saxony is online at Archion.de, so I checked there, but did not find Tugemann in any of the indexes. Then I went to the one in Czechia, which as in Bohemia and is now called Liberec. The records there include a number of entries for Tugemann. So I think that's the correct place if these people are connected to yours. It does make sense geographically, because Bohemia and Saxony are neighbors. The Catholic christening record of Franz Tugemann born 18 Oct 1838 is found in this record on the bottom left. http://vademecum.soalitomerice.cz/vademecum/PaginatorMedia.action?_sourcePage=g1IpTyoXI1N4blg8jfSja-sUt2KJ6iY_PGB-UtBA8SBXMc1zhAWAWj8T1vppPkixmp78lZvlBWK10A93yq_P1bQxtD9pKpEJL5JYMvxvsD8%3D&row=279
So if your family really goes back to this town, you will have easy access to the records online.

If Alfred was indeed born in Schoenheide and married there, you can request complete extracts or photocopies of his birth and marriage records from the local Standesamt. Write to rathaus@gemeinde-schoenheide.de. Cost should be about 12 Euros plus postage each. See https://www.gemeinde-schoenheide.de/index.asp?katid_nr=30&seite=1030000000&bodystart=1
