Note: I think Michael Bleich is actually the mother's father. Also, I think Riesenberg is not part of the mother's maiden name but the city she had previously lived in.

Geboren zu Gr. Jauth den 12ten (zwölften) Dezember 1866 Morgens 8 Uhr.

Erhielt die Nothtaufe im Pfarrer Zimmer den 14ten (vierzehnten) Dezember 1866.

Pathen: 1) Anna Maria Neumann geb. Bleich, Schwester der Mutter des Kindes, in Gr. Jauth wohnhaft. 2) Wilhelmine Bleich in Diensten in Boloschwitz (Bellschwitz?)

Translation:

Elisabeth Bleich, illegitimate daughter of the maid Ernestine Bleich, formerly in Riesenburg, last in Gross Jauth. The grandfather is Michel Bleich, who lived in Seeberg and is already deceased.

Born in Gross Jauth the 12th (twelfth) of December 1866 in the morning 8 o'clock.

Received the emergency baptism in the pastor's office on the 14th (fourteenth) December 1866.

Godparents: 1) Anna Maria Neumann née Bleich, sister of the child's mother, living in Gross Jauth. 2) Wilhelmine Bleich in service in Boloschwitz (Bellschwitz?).
