Help with translation please

I am trying to read two different records. Children of August Babinzky, the records are from Czechia, but are written in German, I believe. Tryng to figure out where August lived, his parents and his wife's parents as well.

The town is listed at the top of the record - it's Wellemin in the former Bohemia. Today it's called Velemín. There's a tiny article on Wikipedia - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Velem%C3%ADn. Here's the translation of the first record -

Born 12 May 1882, baptized 14 May 1882. The time is noted as 6 in the morning, but it's unclear whether that relates to the birth, the baptism, or both since it is written across both columns.
