Does this record give the parents names of the bride and groom? Entry no. 11. Thanks in advance!

In the column for the groom the record reads: Bachelor (or farmhand) Peder Hansen, born the 22nd of July 1833, vaccinated 1834, confirmed 1848; (living) with _______ Peder Jensen at Gruderup.

For the bride it reads: Fruentimmer Karen Jensen, born the 19th of June 1834, vaccinated 1835, confirmed 1849; (living) with the mother cottager Jens Pedersen's widow in Boeslunde.

In my opinion, Peder Jensen is not related to the groom, but Jens Pedersen's widow, is probably the bride's mother.

The 1845 census for Boeslunde, Sorø shows a family with a father, Jens Pedersen, mother Maren Rasmusdotter and an 11 year old Karen Jensen. This is possibly the family of the bride in your record. The indexed version of the census is here:

For more information on the term "fruentimmer", see the Danish-English wordlist in the FamilySearch Wiki here: https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/Danish_to_English_Genealogical_Word_List#F .
