Second record on left hand page. I read it as: 23 Margaretta geb. ?? 6 April 1858. Eltern Friedrich Buchard u Barbara geb. Grushaber. Jungis Margaretta Kuhl

The image quality isn't great, so it's hard to tell on some of this. For example, the birth date might be 4 April rather than 6 April. Since the births don't seem to be listed sequentially, it's harder to tell. Here's my take on your transcription -
