Need help with a translation of a family record

I need help with the wife's surname and where she is from. Also, if someone can make out the names of the husband's parents. I know the names are really tiny and hard to read. And the name of the fourth child born 22 Oct 1731. The image is from FHL film 8243969 Image #131. Thanks.
