Transcription and translation request for 2nd ggf & ggm birth records

I want to request a transcription and translation of the following birth records for my 2nd great-grandmother and grandfather, Maria Sommer and August Werner, who were born close enough in time and place that they're found on the same page of the 1843 birth records for Klingenberg, East Prussia. (The records are cropped together from the original page. I've split the two pages up into different images for sake of image size and resolution even though the same set of records continue across both pages.)

This should be a higher-quality image than I was able to provide last time, though I'm limited by the resoltion of the original at Archion. I'm requesting transcription and translation of the header and both records. (I was asked to include a link where possible. It's from Archion, so one would need access to that site: Viewer - Archion (Band 12).)
