Please help with translation of marriage record in Jagstfeld 27 Jun 1679
The basic translation that I had received from a family association newsletter is to the effect of: "Johannes Heydt, legitimate son of Georgy Heydt & Anna Magdalena, widow of Jois Christophori Bawern/Bawren, illustrious citizen of Hensheim". It appears that there are additional names, perhaps witnesses?
I would so appreciate an actual translation, if possible.
Thank you,
Alice

FYI: I tried to view the record online where you suggested but for me I can only view the record at a FamilySearch center not from my home computer. As suggested you would have better assistance if you could post a copy of the image here.

I hope that this helps. I, too, had to return to the local FamilySearch center to snip this image. Thank you for your patience with me.

For future reference, the Community mangles links that are given their own line. You can find the original link by changing the %3A to a : for every instance before the ?
