It could be Frl. Eloise Barz?

Ferdindand is more likely Schneidermeister - master tailor. You can confirm this by looking at other records with his name, where the occupation might be clearer.

What about Elvira Barz? Not a very common name though. The initial seems not to be an F, compare to the F in Frl. or Friedrich.

Auguste Melchert is a Dienstmädchen, which is just another term for Dienstmagd.

I am still stumped on the first name of Frl [Frauline?] Barz. Is it Flarien?

I believe the occupation of Ferdinand Bantin is probably Schmeidemeister or a Master blacksmith.
