Requesting baptisms translations

There are three family names on this record . I was going to ask for the first one but suddenly noticed there were three in a row . they are the second, third and fourth records--Neuhard,Schauß and Becker. I can read most of the info---in fact I wrote it all out with question marks for what I didn't understand and then lost it all before sending. Thank you for your help again.

*Not sure where the list for Birth #1 ends and Birth #2 begins... Also not sure how to translate Hof Keller in this case, which literally means "court basement."

21 Octob Johan [Veffen? Vesten?] / Johan Conrad Becker von Ödingen uxor Anna Maria / [names are hard to read because of light ink and squished together] Johan [Velken?] [can't read], Johan [can't read] butcher, Anna CAtharina Vitzler

Would these be birth dates or baptism dates recorded here? I am thinking baptism because of the godparent list.

The older the record (in this case 1677) the more likely it is that it's only the baptism date that's being recorded. In my experience, though, the older the record, the more likely that the baptism occurred right after the birth - the same day or next day, maybe two days after but usually not more than that.
