Translating baptism duplicate records.

I have found two baptism records on different films. Philipp Konrad/Philipp Conrad--Please translate and assist my confusion--are they the same person? I have not found a record of marriage on the parents which is a second marriage (no clue on her maiden name) but confirmed his first wife is deceased. Thanks you. (Link for second record attached)

Joan Philip Frieß and Susanna married couple

Philip Conrad [Lebershausen?] and Anna Margaretha Aschenbach daughter of the mayor of Holtzhausen

Translation of the second record -

1693 1 Jan Joan Philip Frieß and Susanna married couple had baptized a son with the name of PhilipConrad. Godparents were Philip Conrad Lebershausen and Anna Margaretha daughter of Joan Aschenbach mayor of Holtzhausen. The child was born 24 December at 8 in the evening.

So yes, these records are both for the same child - the first leads with the birth date, the second leads with the baptism date.
