Can someone please translate entry 12 of this church birth record for Johannes Jung?
I can read the column titles for this record but not the writing under the last entry on this page. The record is from FamilySearch film 102053638, image 984. It appears that the mother (last name?) was not married to the father (Jung) at the time. Thank you so very much!

Note in the last column on the right: Can't quite decipher the first sentence, something about an excerpt of the Civil Authority-Register of the Town of Wiesbaden. From the second sentence on it goes: The child was legitimized by the father, Johannes Jung from Brandoberndorf, officially acknowledging his paternity and marriage of father and mother on July 9, 1839.
