Latin translation help - 1689 christening

If I understand it right, the godmother Maria Schröter was the daughter of the estate manager Georg Schröter of the [?] Sindershof. I am interested in understanding what exactly the last two and half lines are saying. (entry: 20 March 1689 in Friedelshausen, Meiningen, Sachsen-Meiningen)
