d[en] 30 Juny sind auf gnädigsten Befehl in dem Pfarrhauß im Beysein der Kirchen Eltesten nach vorher ergangenen Kirchen Buß copulirt worden: Joh. Philipp Frieß aus Greifenstein und Eva Maria Scheittin von Lantzerbrücke(?).

Translation:

On June 30, were copulated by the most gracious order in the parish house in the presence of the church elders after a previous church repentance: Joh[ann] Philipp Friess from Greifenstein and Eva Maria Scheitt[in] from Lantzerbrücke(?).

Comment:

The bride was probably pregnant at the time of marriage,

Ahh I suspected all that writing was a more than typical marriage details. They did have a child a few months later that year.
