Here's as much as I can make out -

1691 28 Oct Frantz Romain a soldier and Anna [Borba?] married couple had baptized a daughter with the name Catharina [Lies?]. Godparents were Anna [Lies?] wife of Joan [B---?] and Catharina daughter of Maria [Kethe?]. The child was born 24 Oct in the morning.

I am thinking the Lies is abbreviated for Elisabeth as all baptisms of her children have her as Catharina Elisabetha
