Here's the translation -

5 December on Wednesday at the monthly hour of prayer, after the baptism of a little son, Philip Conrad Frieß and Catharina Elisabeth Roman were married after three-times proclamation here in Greifenstein.

Note - the marriage "in the hour of prayer" generally occurred when the couple had pre-marital relations - as noted here since they got married after their son was baptized.
