This is what I can figure out

1702 on 7 Nov .............Johan Peter Veit and Joannaha Christina ....Neuhard his daughter

(From my Neuhard records Adolph Ernst Neuhard had a daughter Johanna Christiana born 1680--my guess is that this is his daughter--I might be wrong--hoping you will be able to read more of the writing) Thank you
