For such a difficult handwriting (in Latin!) it would help very much to see the whole page and to know from which parish this record comes (to understand the loaction names).

Here is what I think I can decipher:

Unteraich, Georgius

5.huius Bapt: _ Georgius hodie natus honesti Pauli Pirner coloni in Unteraich _ ___ uxori /: cuius pater Georgius M___dner? colonus in _appenberg Parochie Gla__endorf :/ fil: leg: levanta Georgio Milburger colono in Prebach.

on the 5th of this [month] was baptized Georg, born today, legitimate son of the farmer Paul Pirner in Unteraich and his wife /: whose father is Georg M__dner, farmer in _appenberg in the parish of Gla__dorf :/ Sponsor was Georg Milburger, farmer in Prebach.
