Help to translate a record
Hello, I found this record on Ancestry for Louise Augusta Birkholz Soick. I have a birth record for her daughter Emilie saying that her mother Louise gave birth as a single mother and was living at her sister's house and her sister's husband, Mr. Munsch, was the informant on that record--this record seems like a birth record for Emilie and I am just confused if this means that her dad is Mr. Soick or if her dad is still unknown. Thank you sooo much for help to translate this record.

This is (the first page of) the marriage record of Wilhelm August Carl Emler and Emilie Emma Birkholz, daughter of the deceased Louise Auguste Birkholz, later married Soik.
Translation:
No. 22
Spandau, October 14, 1893
Before the undersigned registrar appeared today for the purpose of marriage:
1. the laborer Wilhelm August Carl Emler, personally known, of Protestant religion, born May 13, 1872, in Staaken, residing in Staaken, district of Osthavelland, son of the laborer Friedrich Wilhelm Emler and his wife Charlotte Louise, née Fritze, the former deceased, the latter residing in Staaken.
2. Emilie Emma Birkholz, personally known, of Protestant religion, born October 22, 1875, at Inowrazlaw, residing at Staaken, district of Osthavelland, daughter of Louise Auguste Birkholz, later married laborer Soik, last residing at Stolp in Pomerania and deceased there.
As witnesses were brought in and appeared:
3. the worker Friedrich Schulze, personally known, 37 years old, living in Staaken,
4. the bricklayer Gustav Richter, personally known, 35 years old, living in Staaken.
In the presence of the witnesses, the registrar asked the fiancées individually and one after the other the question: whether they declare that they wish to enter into marriage with each other. The fiancées answered this question in the affirmative, and the registrar then pronounced that he now declared them to be legally united as husband and wife by virtue of the law.
