Here's as much as I can make out for the translation -

Greifenstein - 10 Jan [or maybe June?] [between] 2-3 in the morning

13th of the same month

Wilhelm Neuhardt's daughter Catharina declared the father of her illegitimate child to be Christian Ludwig Ripper [occupation - can't read] from Bißenberg

Jacob Daniel, Jost Wilhelm Motz, Elisabetha [Wiglin?] Schauße [?] legitimate daughter, and Wilhelm Neuhardt's daughter Elisabetha

Jacob Wilhelm died 23 August [between] 6-7 in the evening

Note - this record mentions both the father of Catharina - Wilhelm Neuhardt - and the father of the illegitimate child - Christian Ludwig Ripper.

Born in Greifenstein between 2 and 3 a.m. on 10 [month?] 1788 and baptized on the 13th of the same month: Jacob Wilhelm [I'm assuming the last column is the child, though column headings are not included], died (denatus) 23 August, between 6 and 7 p.m. Parents: Wilhelm Reichardt's daughter Catharina gave as the father of her illegitimate child ? ? Christian Ludwig Ripper from Bißenberg. Godparents: Jacob Daniel, Jost Wilhelm Metz, Elisabetha Weylin [Weyl], ? ? legitimate daughter, and Wilhelm Neuhardt's daughter Elisabetha.

I was thinking the parent name was Wilhelm Neuhardt (father) to daughter Catharina as this translation of the childs death was given according to this record (right side third down.
