Translation help with 1854 marriage record
Could I please get some help translating this marriage record, or more importantly reading this old handwriting? The record in question is #2 under the "Ramelow" section (Johann Joachim Haselow and Johanne Friederike Dorothea Bottcher). I believe I have translated the actual marriage record, but it is the note that I've circled in red in the attached picture that I am really struggling with. There are also a couple of abbreviations that I've circled in the record above that I'm not sure of. Any help is greatly appreciated!!
The original record is on Ancestry - Ancestry.com - Germany, Lutheran Baptisms, Marriages, and Burials, 1500-1971

The abbreviations you've circled are for "ehelich" - legitimate.
The note under the marriage entry reads as follows -
Which means something like -
Both pairs presented to me a settlement certificate prepared by Mr. Hott, and in addition Johann Joachim Haselow, because he is unable to [???] also presented a consent to his marriage from the military authorities in Neustrelitz.
Sorry, those two words that I can't make out are the ones that will make sense of whatever the reason for the military consent is. Also, "both pairs" refers to the Völckert/Warncke and the Haselow/Böttcher marriages, which were both performed on the same day. The "me" refers to the parish priest.

The missing word(s) seem(s) to be:
..., weil er beurlaubter Rekrut(?) ist, ... (because he is recruit on leave of absence)

Thank you @Ulrich Neitzel. Now that you've deciphered it, that's what it looks like to me too.

Thank you @sylviaelchinger1 and @Ulrich Neitzel so very much!! You are wonderful! Now I will have to see if I can find anything about his military time. :)
