Transcription and translation request for 2nd & 3rd great-grandparent church records

I want to get a transcription and translation of the following church records for several of my great-grandparents on my maternal grandfather's line:

1) Burial record for my 3rd ggf, Samuel Werner. I'm requesting a transcription and translation of the header and entry #2 (#1not needed). Unfortunately, the book is folded in such a way that I can't read the full name of the locality entered after the funeral date - I think it's Klingenberg, like the other entries, but I'm not entirely sure. (I'm trying to find more clues about Samuel Werner, as he seems to be a 'brick wall' ancestor - I've back-calculated the "60 years, 9 months" from his birthdate here to around April or May 1813 and can find no record of him from Klingenberg or nearby villages.)

2) Birth records for my 2nd great-grandmother and grandfather, Maria Sommer and August Werner, who were born close enough in time and place that they're found on the same page of the 1843 birth records for Klingenberg. (Cropped together for convenience.) Requesting transcription and translation of header and entries.

3) Finally, the marriage record for August Werner and Maria Sommer, again, transcription and translation request.

One other question - what is the writing that's found around the year entries, such as "Jahr 1866"?

Thanks again for all of your help here with my research. I'm starting to be able to interpret a lot of the information found in these records on my own, but deciphering the handwriting is still a challange!
