Translation Request! - German Document
Could anyone tell me what this document is for? I've run across this type of document a couple of times. In this particular page, I am focusing on line #15. I'm not good with German. I've taken on my Uncle's paternal line as his children all proceeded him in death. I was able to find his German great grandfather's family in Germany. The surname (in America) went from Warner to (in Germany) Strohsahl.
Again, thank you very much for any help!

This is a page from a Church (Kirche) baptism (Tauf) Register.

It is the left hand page of a Baptism record. Unfortunately, this film has the left side and right side of the pages in different areas of the film so you will have to find the correct right side to get the childs name.
The left side says:
Father's first and last name: Johann Peter Strohsahl
Place of birth: Stickenbuttel
Residence and Occupation: Cuxhaven, shoemaker
Mothers first and last name: Anna Johanna Margaretha nee Luhse?
Place of birth: Cuxhaven
Edit to add:
The right side is cleverly hidden on Image 166 of the same film:
Childs name: a boy, Heinrich August
Date and time of birth: 10 February 1863, 7 oclock in the evening
Date of Baptism: 1 March
Sponsors:
1. Jürgen Hinrich Strohsahl
2. Carl Wilhelm Steffens?
3. Margaretha Elisabeth Hünnemann/Günnemann?
Pastor: Voigt
