I can't really help with Bartholome's name, but I think the surname of Gertrude is rather Jugerl[in] than Jungral, the -in being the usual female ending.

Maybe Schnee? Schner?

I don't think the initial letter is an "S". Compare to "Suburbis Strau_" in the first line on this page. Sometimes the initial S is also written in current style like in the surname of the bride's witness: "Joannes Georgius S__".
To me the letter looks more like an "l" or "L" (which looks the same in this scribe's handwriting), compare the name "Leonardus" for the second witness of the bride, or the various appearances of "legitimus/-ma". In the second record on the left page the name of the groom's witness (Joannes Leyerer) starts exactly like Bartolome's last name; with that in mind I would read Bartolome's surname as Lehner.
A search for Lehner in Aiterhofen on the Ancestry website produces a number of finds, so the name was common there.

Thanks Ulrich. I was stuck on it being I or J and never considered L. I still am an amatuer with these records. So thankful for all the help.

Ulrich Neitzel nailed it and I found Gertrude's death record, age 80 in 1775. Thanks to all!
