Is the Residence the street name, and Place or Citizenship the town name?

Residence is the town where they were living, place of citizenship can be the same town or a different one. See https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/Switzerland_Naturalization_and_Citizenship for a description of Swiss citizenship and how it impacts record-keeping there.

Thank you, Sylvia, but you sent me the Switzerland Naturalization and citizenship link. Wasn't the Schlenzig's living in Wintersdorf, Altenburg, Sachsen, Germany?

I sent the Switzerland link because all of the places mentioned in the record are in Switzerland, not Sachsen, and the film number in your image title is for Switzerland. Perhaps there is a different Johann Baptist Zwick on Sachsen, but this one is in Switzerland.

You are correct, I'm wrong. Thank you so much for responding to me.
