Translation Request: Hungarian note in Vrbovce (Slovakia) Church Record
Hello Hungary Community Members-
I would like to get a precise translation of a note in Hungarian in the right hand margin of a Slovak Lutheran church record. The baby in question is Anna Jozefek born July 27, 1894 (illegitimate) to Zuzanna Jozefek, unmarried, at house 840 with godparents Jan Jozefek and Anna Melicharek.

Because I can't read Hungarian, I'm not sure what this note is for but it could be a legitimization/adoption/orphan welfare note. I would like to understand what relationship "Jan" and "Pavel Hanik" have to the mother. I would also like to hear theories on why this note is in Hungarian. The various date references might explain that. I believe 1905 was the year when vital records officially became civil responsibilities in the Slovak territory of the Hungarian Kingdom. This note seems to be explaining something related to 1905 and that break point. This note was obviously written long after 1905, and it's odd that it is in Hungarian. This town had consistent Hungarian recordkeeping in the church registers only for a few decades earlier in the 1800s.
I would appreciate your help.

Below are two different transcriptions by non-Hungarian speakers (myself and a Slovak librarian) in case it helps interpret the handwriting. There are undoubtedly errors but it might help to have these as a base for comparison.

A vallás és közoktatásügyi m. kir. miniszternek 1905 évi szept. hó 29.én 64011 szám alatt kelt intézvénye alapján feljegyeztetik, hogy a gyermek az ág.hitv.ev. anyának a természetes atyával, a szintén ág.h.ev. Hanik Pállal 1895 évi febr. hó 3-án Verbóczon kötött házasságával törvényesittetett.
Per document number 64011 dated 29 Sep 1905 of the Hungarian Royal Minister of Religion and Public Education, it is hereby entered that the child was legitimized by the Lutheran mother's marriage to the natural father, the likewise Lutheran Pál Hanik, on 3 Feb 1895 in Verbócz.

(Like the non-remark parts of the baptism, it's all in Slovak, which I can't help with.)
