Marriage Licenses of Westminster St. Anne Soho
I have a relative William Boyer who married by license Mary Westlake at St. Anne Soho Westminster on 9 Jul 1826. Where do you find these marriage licenses? I'm hoping that I can find his father and other information about him.

Find My Past has a collection of marriage licenses. If not there, I would try the London Metropolitan Archives next. When I needed a license in Cambridgeshire, the University of Cambridge actually holds them.

There is a transcription of this on Find My Past. They reference City of Westminster Archives Centre as the record custodian. However, their website https://www.westminster.gov.uk/leisure-libraries-and-community/westminster-archives suggests their collections are on Ancestry. I just signed in to Ancestry (without having a subscription) and it was not clear if just the parish register entry was available or if the original licence was there, too. Unfortunately Westminster Archives contact / email details are not very clear on the website.

The image of the marriage itself is available on Ancestry but not, as far as I can see, the licence. The marriage record Not much information. Both of this parish. Witnesses what looks like Benjamin and Jane Wickstead.

So we appear to be back to Kathleen's suggestion of contacting the LMA. They should at least be in the position of offering advice on how to order a copy of the marriage licence.
