Looking for Help in Deciphering Causes of Death on Two Irish Death Registrations

Hello Daniel,
When seeking assistance with the interpretation of handwriting, it is helpful to have as large a sample of the handwriting as possible. Individual styles of lettering are commonly unique and differ greatly from one person to another, but are also commonly consistent across the one person's handwriting. Thus, if there is a good sized sample of handwriting available, it is possible to decipher unknown letters by looking at similar letters in known words.
That said, I would suggest that the first sample could be read as...
"Probably E........ of Scalp, no medical Attendant"
And the second sample could be read as...
"Probably Tetanus, no medical attendant"
Best regards, John.
