Help with details of a death record in 1906 Russian Poland

Death No. 23 in the attached Sielec Parish record. I'm hoping to get information confirmed and some of the missing details filled in.

I believe it is the death record of Johann Georg Müller. Witnesses Jacob Baum & Adolf Urich. He is the son of Valentin Müller & Margaretha Pelzer, husband of Christine born Laubenstein. I think the death is in December 1906 - exact date? . And does it say he was 69 years old?

Does it indicate where he was born and where he died?

Hello,

you got everything right.

Entry was made 28.12.1906 when witnesses made it to the church, but the death occurred 31.05.1906

Also it does say that he was born, living and died in the same location "Лющице" I assume this is Luszyce
