The best I could decipher from this image was 'Stadtfeilers und der Kramerzunft Mitmeisters Tochter'. What did they mean by this? I threw that into DeepL which returned nothing useful, but I must be misreading it. It's attached to this record, marriage date of 10 Sep:

Tip: When using Deepl or Google Translate be sure to include any umlauts on the letters, such as that in the word "Krämer".

Specifically, regarding the last entry (MR55-K26 and M8DV-NSR should be merged based on this):
- His birthplace, Esslingen am Neckar, wasn't transcribed and his full birthdate, which is correct on the image, isn't listed in the transcription;
- What does column n°2 say after Löchgau?
- What's the first word in column n°3 and all the words between Fleischmann and Regina?
- His first wife is listed as spouse in the transcription, but his second, Catherina Dorothea Murr, isn't;
- What does column n°6 say?
- The transcription has the burial date as the death date, when it happened three days prior. Also, what are the words after December in those respective columns?

- What does column n°2 say after Löchgau? Bürger und Küfer, evangeliche (citizen and cooper, lutheran)
- What's the first word in column n°3 and all the words between Fleischmann and Regina? It is Weil., an abbreviation for weiland meaning the late/deceased. The words are: Bürger und Küfer in Eßlingen; Weil.
- His first wife is listed as spouse in the transcription, but his second, Catherina Dorothea Murr, isn't; I think your are mistaking Weil. for Weib. The first is identified as Weil. because she is deceased. The second is still living.
- What does column n°6 say? I see it as Zehrfieber, I'm not sure what kind of fever that is.
- The transcription has the burial date as the death date, when it happened three days prior. Also, what are the words after December in those respective columns? In death column: Abend 7 uhr (at 7 o'clock in the evening). In burial column: Morgens 10 uhr (at 10 o'clock in the morning)

Does the -in suffix denote her being married? No, it is a feminine ending. Note that the single daughter in the line immediately above it also has the -in ending.
Edit to add: It appears that Zehrfieber is translated as consumption or wasting fever.

Thanks! I will have fewer questions based on knowing those abbreviations now. Regarding the last column, what is the family register in this context and what additional information would it provide?

It will typically list his wife (or wives) and children with marriage and birth dates and death dates. Often his and his wives parents are also listed. It's well worth obtaining. Looks like familysearch has it but it's locked up. It might be viewable in Salt Lake City but it also looks like Archion has it available online for a small subscription fee.
