Help with Moravian Catholic Church marriage record translation, 1812
I am attaching an image from actapublica.eu - Misliborice Parish Marriage Record Book 10706, page 64, image 33 (first entry at top of right page) I have highlighted the words I need help with.
Franz Veitasa GZRN-GBV married Veronika Fiala GWLQ-TD4 on 5 March 1812;
Franz was age 23 from house 73
Veronika was age 26 from house 17
Questions:
1) Is Franz's occupation "handler", German for trader, merchant, or peddler?
2) What are the highlighted words for Veronika? I would appreciate knowing the spelling of the words as written and their translation.
(Background: Veronika married Andreas Fiala in the same parish on 30 June 1807. In that record her name was Veronika Trettera. I have found no children born to them. I have not yet found Andreas' death record. Is she a widow or what? (In the baptism records for the children of Franz Vejtasa and Veronika, her maiden name is Trettera or Tretera.)
3) What does the long line at the bottom of this entry say? Please tell me the German and then the English. It will help me learn to read the writing better!

1) He is a Häusler, i.e. he owned a house. (A trader would be a Händler.)
2) verwittwete (widowed) Fialain (Filia-in)
3) getraut hat: Franz ?Odwarykaj Pfarrer und Vizedechant = (He who married them): Franz ?Odwarykaj?, priest and vice dean (I'm not sure of the English term for this, sorry)
