Need help with translation of parish birth record.
I am in need of help with translating this record. It is from Film #556239, Image 223. This record is for a brother and a sister, Petrus Welsch/Welch and Elizabeth Welsch/Welch. Parents names are Petri Welsch/Welch and Gertrudis Helleisen from Roden. There is just so much more information in these records that I can't translate. This record has not been indexed yet. Your help is greatly needed and appreciated. Thanks in advance, Janeen
Also wondering if these two are twins? There is another set of twins in this family. What word would indicate they are twins?

@J Compton Since they were baptised the same day and their parents are the same, there's a strong indicator that they are twins. The best indicator would be the word 'gemini' (twins) somewhere in that entry or some mention of the date of birth, but I don't see it either.
From what I can make out, it's a typical entry for a baptism, mentioning the year, the names of the parents, the names of the godparents and the person who baptized the child.
