Will someone translate these words? They show up on a baptismal certificate.

It is generally easier to translate words within their context, so I encourage you to post the entire record, or at least a paragraph of it, and possibly highlight or mark the words you would like help with.

I finally hired a German researcher in Bavaia to find my Unglaub families and have been posting those findings on Family Search Trees but can't get the source box to work for me so I can add the different sources.
I am now at a point that I would like to find my great grandmother's family and that is going to be very hard.
She was Maria Agnes Roesch/Roshe/Rush also known as Agnes Mary Rosa. She was born in Bayden about 1840 according to the 1880 census in Morgan County, Illinois. She married Johann Christian Unglaub 15 April 1958 in Morgan County, IL. She had 11 children and died about 17 September 1895 in Morgan County and is buried in the Roberts (aka Henry) Cemetery there. She and a daughter, Lucy, died of Typhoid Fever supposedly. There was a short obit in the Daily Journal, Thursday, September 19, 1895 (Morgan County):
"Mrs. Mary Unglaub, whose death was chronicled in yesterday morning's JOURNAL was 50 years of age and has been a resident of Morgan county for a number of years. She was widely known and her many excellent characteristics won for her many warm friends. The funeral will take place today at 10:30 from the Christian church at Woodson, and the remains will be laid away in Henry cemetery."
We have hunted for the September 18, 1895 paper with no luck, checking the libraries in Morgan County, the County Clerk's office, and the different Illinois Archives. I have no idea of where to possibly look and that might tells us when she came and maybe from where.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Hello, my name is Susan Jones and I am new to the group. I traveled to Sweden last year and was able to obtain a photo of this document, which is a journeyman certificate for my 9th great grandfather, Vincent Ungerecht. He traveled from Schmalkalden, Germany to Eskilstuna, Sweden in 1660 to work and teach as a blacksmith in a new forge commissioned by the King of Sweden. I have inserted red arrows to the 5th line of the document and I am wondering if someone would be willing to give a try at translating the 1st to 5th line for me?
I have also attached the below article (The Genus Ungerecht) article written about the family that contains many family names and may help with context contained in the certificate.

It's a rather venerable language and not easy to translate. But this is my attempt:
We, the mayor and councillors of the city of Schmalkalden, hereby offer to all and everyone whose sovereignty, ambition and knowledge might be those who read or hear this open letter our respective willing and friendly services, as such a condition of every stance requires and is due, and hereby give notice and consent that on the date below in the ordinary council and court room appeared before us Michael Happich, a local citizen, and has given notice that his stepson Vincentz Ungerecht, legitimate son of the late local tailor Georg Ungerecht, a journeyman blackmith ....
