Translation of "post card"

This was found in a trunk. John Moen's mother was Rannei Johannesdatter, born 23 Jan 1835 Vågå, Oppland, Norway. John Moen emigrated in 1888 to North Dakota. I don't know if Rannei ever emigrated. I have no death date or place for her. The family would really like to know what this "post card" says. Thank you!
