Can I get a translation from French to English?
This is a rectification of a birth record for Jean Eugene Ney born 1891 in Sandweiler, Luxembourg, The rectification took place in 1922 in Sandweiler. It is on a German form with the typed German written over in handwritten French. Film 007068265 Image 229 through 230.
Even the basic information from the document would be helpful as I'm lost as to what is happening.

In front of me, Charlotte, Grand-Duchess of Luxemburg, etc. etc.
We inform everyone that we at the Court of Luxemburg, united in the council chamber, have transcribed the conclusions of the public minister, as follows:
Query: per the attached documents, the child was born on 28 March 1891 in Sandweiler of Jean Pierre Ney and Mackel Marie, and he was incorrectly registered in the birth register of the commune of Sandweiler under the given name of Marie, female, whereas in reality he is male and his given names are "Jean Eugène."
The court concluded that the child born in Sandweiler on 28 March 1891 of the married couple Jean Pierre Ney and Mackel Marie is male and his given names are Jean Eugène.
Therefore, his birth record was rectified and registered in the book of (miscellaneous) documents of the current year, and that a mention of the transcription of the rectification document should be made urgently.
