Can you decipher this name?

I'm not totally convinced that it is a name. It looks like it could be Pio **stitute *Padova
Maybe something like the Convent at Padua ?
As you say, the name "Degli Esposti" is usually associated with an abandoned child, although the term 'Abandoned' is not strictly accurate. Most often these were children left in the care of the church, not quite the same as left out in the open at the mercy of predators. The equivalent of "Esposito" in spanish and it has an approximation to "Foundling" in English which never seems to have made as far as a surname.
Not everybody can be John Snow ! (Giovanni Neve)

Ok Thanks @LDS Search Test , but so in your opinion it wasn't abandoned? Perhaps the parents died and entrusted him to this convent? Is it possible to know the parents in the birth certificate even if they later abandoned him?

The most common reason for leaving a child with the church is that the mother could not provide the necessary care, either because she had died, or because her circumstances prohibited her from raising the child. There are also some cases where the parents of the mother decided that the mother should not raise the child, and they were the ones who left the child with the church.
There are also cases where the parents were emigrating and they thought that the journey would be too risky to take their child, but they might return later or send for the child when they were able. In these cases the child is usually left with a relative, but if there are no relatives, then the parents might appeal to the church.
If the child was left with the church without a name, which we can assume from "Degli Esposti", then it is more likley that the mother was unlikely to return. So she would be anonymous. The same must be true for the father.
A different approach might be that you could try to find any news of the time: Was there a catastrophe or a deadly sickness in the region at that time ? There might be a burial of a woman whose cause of death is "died in childbirth" or a husband and wife who died in a house fire.
If you are really desperate to discover the child's ancestors, you might need to trace more descendants and then get some DNA tests. That might reveal their place of origin, but not a name.

Hi thank you @LDS Search Test , then I know who the baby is .. it's my great great grandfather
(Demetrio-->Natale-->Luigi-->Gabriella-->Gino-->Me), I would like to understand, however, why in the marriage and children's act he is called "Carlini Demetrio degli Esposti", he has a surname and he is Carlini, if he did not have the parents he would be only "Degli Esposti Demetrio" right? as far as the search for an illness or a death in childbirth is concerned, I think it is almost impossible to find anything.

@Matthew Clemente There are a number of conventions used in Italy that you might be able to consider...
[ shamelessly ripped from the Web ] "The first male/female is named after the paternal grandfather/mother. The second male/female is named after the maternal grandfather/mother. The third son/daughter is named after the father (named "Junior" or "the II" nowadays for the boy) or as example, Giovanna (for Giovanni) for the daughter."
.. and as you have indicated, the surname is usually written first.
So, as a starting point for further investigation, Demetrio might be named after his paternal grandfather, who would also be a Carlini. If you can find such a person in the close vicinity in the preceding years, then you could try expanding his family to cover his descendants to see what happened to them. If you find a married daughter or granddaughter who appears later with your ancestor's family, then you might be on the right track.

The surname Esposito was assigned to abandoned children in Italy, but not in the Veneto region. Here, "del pio luogo" or other surnames invented on the spot were often used.
The surname was assigned by the person who registered the abandoned child. In this case, I read Perlini Dimetrio.
The original act can be viewed at the State Archive of Padua. In this case, the exact date of birth is given as March 3, 1871, so he was probably not abandoned in the ruota degli esposti (foundling wheel).
By presenting yourself in person at the State Archive of Padua, you can obtain further information. The register of admissions of the local brefotrofio (specific orphanage for child who still have parents alive) should be kept there, where you can read the child's story, the person to whom he was entrusted or adopted, etc.
Often abandoned children had a token of recognition with them: a medallion cut in half, or even holy cards, or even playing cards cut in half. One half was kept by the mother, in case she changed her mind in the future and came back to claim her child
